Woodford County Schools and Georgetown College announced a new partnership that will allow Woodford County High School students to earn up to 18 hours of college credit. A pilot group of 15 students who meet appropriate prerequisites will be given the opportunity to enroll in college 200-level liberal arts as well as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) courses. Beginning in 2015, up to 40 Woodford County Academy students may enroll in the Academy. More information about this program will be released in the near future.
